Put rating in Fields

Would be nice to put Ratings in Fields. Pick a number 1-5 just like ratings. I have a lot of uses for that. Currently doing a Textarea and just adding an image 5 different ways, it's just for looks like this image

A poll is good but I don't want people to vote. It will be the Admins rating. Your filter plugin allows fields and there is a field for ratings to be pulled in. The problem is there is no place to pick a rating from Custom Fields. I don't want to have the general public vote on something. This would be a rating the admin uses to rate an item. Thanks for considering

Unfortunately there is no other solution at the moment.
