Notify new posts

Hi Balbooa team!!

On a recent project, a client asked me to be notified whenever someone on his team makes a new post. Joomla this was possible, but in Gridbox not yet...
I think of an option in the APP config to select the group(s) that will be notified, or none (default)... Not for pages, only for Blog, zero, etc...

How about thinking about this possibility??

* first save of item (page post, ...) ?
* first publishing ?
* special button for that ?

If the function is enabled in the APP, I think it would be ideal to send a notification when the page is created. Only at that moment, as in Joomla!
Something simple, but that can make a difference for administrators...

Think of a news site where we have authors who can create news but not publish it. This would prevent the editor or administrator from having to log in all the time to see if he has news to publish. Of course we can think of blog teams, journal articles, etc...

When I enter the name of the page and its category and submit, a function is executed to create the page. After that I am redirected to the editor, from there any save action I will be editing the page (no more notifications).

In my view, duplication performs the "same" function as creating the page. It would also run the notification.

I've been using Gridbox for 5 years now after trying several joomla extensions...
Yes, since 2004 I have struggled with this Joomla content system, I have used more than 30 plugins and modules to complement it. Every day there was a list of components to update, I don't even like to remember.
I was already considering using another option to Joomla, until I got to know Gridbox and everything changed. I even say that I use Gridbox with Joomla (not Joomla with Gridbox).
The Balbooa team has been providing good assistance via the forum, however we really don't have an idea of what they are working on and if a solution important to us is in the works. Every new version is always a surprise!!

Can you look at my suggestions and give your comments please?
I sure wish I had more time, but I'll schedule a couple of days a week to follow the forum and try to help with the comments.

I think it's great...
I use a tool called Clickup to manage my tasks and they use a great service for Roadmaps called Canny (canny.io). It works like a Forum, but in a well-organized way, allowing you to vote on the suggestion and receive feedback. This link has an example of how it works: clickup.canny.io
I believe that the team could implement something similar, maybe even in the forum itself, because I think the tool is quite expensive, but it would be very good to know the progress of the suggestions.
