Input field for product options!

HI guys, I urgently need the option for an input field option for product options. Is this something that could be done quickly, if at all?

In product options you have radio checklist, drop-down, etc

I also need input field so a customer can type in text, an input field.

For example, a customer requires text for a T-shirt or a length of an arrow or anything like that, the option of an input field like a form field as a product option is required.

I understand but could we add input field, how much to do this please? I need it for my client who's desperate for the ability, Otherwise I literally have to rebuild the shop on another platform.

Unfortunately, it can’t be done quickly since it's a store, and entered info to the field should be displayed in many places, from order to emails.

If it's urgent we can only propose to change platform
