Default TITLE and SHORT description for all thumb

This would be cool: Default TITLE and SHORT DESCRIPTION for all thumbs by CATEGORY.

In each category a "default" title and short description can be set. This is only overridden bei a manually set title and description. I have a lot of pictures and there is no way I would do this manually!
