We have a gallery in album mode. If you click on a album you see the images of this album. At the side is a scrollbar, but you can't scroll with the scrollbar.
For example: www.susanne-lencinas.de/events?fachaustauschgeoinformation

Best regards

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

This happens because it is a page scroll and not a popup, if you need to see a scroll of popup you need to add this CSS code at the custom css file of your template
.ba-gallery.album-in-lightbox {
    width: 100%;
}

You now have 2 Scrollbars. The outer one doesn't work. If if have the pointer over the images and scroll with the mouse wheel it doesn't work either.
Furthermore are the two scrollbars very irritating for the visitor.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

The reason is the styles of your template,

For solution, we can suggest you use this CSS code
html {
    overflow-y: hidden !important;
}

body {
    overflow-y: scroll !important;
    max-height: 100vh;
}

Hi Vyacheslav,

that helps for the problem. but destroy the creation of sites with single galleries. For example: ourweb-projekte.de/susannelencinas/portraits/hund-herrchen
If you scroll down the gallery isn't loaded completly.

Replace part of the code with this

}

As we see, you have not added CSS code to this site
www.susanne-lencinas.de/events?fachaustauschgeoinformation

Hi,

there would be a solution:

if you could set in the album mode a class in the html element, it would be easy to differentiate between the two situations with one line of css.

html.myclass{ overflow-y: visible;}
for all other situations the html{overflow-y: scroll;} would work.

best regards

Unfortunately, there is no way to add a class to an HTML element.

Try using this code again:
html {
    overflow-y: hidden !important;
}

And in file jquery.lazyload.min.js(components/com_bagallery/libraries/lazyload/jquery.lazyload.min.js)
replace line 15
target = $(window);
replaced to
target = $('body');

You cannot scroll in this area because it is a backdrop,
by clicking on backdrop the lightbox will be closed.
You can scroll only on the elements inside the lightbox
