No thumbnails on admin page

I am setting a gallery up for our site, and just upgraded to the current version.

I don't get thumbnails in the Gallery Manager for images uploaded before upgrading; only a spinning animation.

Images uploaded before upgrading behave as they should.

Any clue?

No, it is still like that. I can always upload the photos again (it is not that many) and new photos seem to be ok.

I do see the photos to the right when I select them on the list, so I can still work.
