Hi there

I have just installed the Gallery component on a new dev site and I'm about to rebuild my galleries i have on my live site. I am able to create the galleries and categories, however when i go to Add Media to any category in any gallery, a blank window pops up for a split second and then disappears/closes. I can see only a title 'Select Media'. The window is styled correctly, but there are no selection options visible before the window closes.

I haven't come across this before. It is a fresh install of Joomla 3.6.2 with a yootheme template.I am able to access the media manager fine through the regular menu item: Content > Media

Can you point me in the right direction to fix this please?

Thanks

Paul

Hello,

Enable Maximum / Development Error report in Joomla! Global Configuration and open "Media Manager" in the Gallery, you should see some error text. Send us please this text

See attached. I'm not sure this is what you are wanting. Let me know.

Happy to give you login details to the site if that is best.

Cheers

Paul
