Love your gallery - suits my needs perfectly

But I can't understand how i change my editor in for description. The one CKE doesn't have the ability to browse images - I need to enter a URL which is not suitable for my client

Can I change the editor to eg. JCE or can I make it possible with the CKE editor by updating it with image plugins?

Hello,

I'm sorry, but it's not possible to change editor.
But, in the Gallery 2.0 we plan to add replace editor on JCE. More details about Gallery 2.0 you can find here:

Hello,

I'm sorry, but this feature is not available in the Gallery 2.0.1, but we don't forgot about this task. For the momemnt we can't find a way how to replace editor, maybe we'll add button "Select image" like in Joomla JCE / MCE editor

That would be just fine!

It's just a pain to find URL for images and a lot of double work.

There is really no need to change the editor if this function is added to the current editor

Thanks for at great gallery :cheer:

Hi,

Any news on this feature as I really need it if this is the gallery for me. My client will not be able to insert /images/filename.jpg in the image URL, and need some visual file browsing feature.

Something like ckeditor.com/addon/image

A side question: will "make it better balbooa.com" be removed when i buy full version?

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: Wow... Kristian... it's amazing solution. Right now is 11pm, but tomorrow during working hours we'll check this plugin and I'll inform you

Yes, PRO version comes without copyrights, and you can update from Free to Pro just installing PRO version, in the Joomla admin panel >> Extensions Manager
