Balbooa Help Center: Gallery not loading in tabs (1/1)

Hello dear balbooa team,

we have an occurrence where gallery is located within a multi-tab content situation. By default, info is displayed. If you click on the gallery tab, the gallery should be there. However, it doesn't load. Once you reload the page, while you're on that tab, the gallery appears.

Inspecting the code, you can see that the gallery structure and images are all loaded but the width and height of all are set to 0px before you refresh.

We had lazyload enabled before but now disabled, no change.

How can this be solved?
