I've tried easy gallery, but then I can't insert a link.

Using 4 columns with logos (image plugin)
add a link and a border in the column settings

Yes, but When I have to change one (alphabetic order) it's a lot of work.

Try using Masonry Grid Layout,
if this does not suit you,
we recommend that you optimize the logos (bring them to the same size in the photo editor)
