I've reported this at least twice or 3 times before and YES you did fix my client's websites that crashed when I updated Balboa Gallery Component, but I specifically asked you the last time this happened - to explain to me how I can fix it should it happen again! You never get me that information and it just happened again!

This site is Live and my client is very upset! Please help me again and then explain to me how I can fix this myself going forward because of our time zone differences you won't be able to help me for another day!

Thank you

Hello,

1. We have fixed an issue
2. The reason of the issue. Looks like all your sites are on one hosting.

That's mean - Gallery can't be updated since your DB table row size dosen't allow it.

How we fix it?
By changing row size in db, using this:
ALTER TABLE `#__bagallery_galleries` ROW_FORMAT = DYNAMIC;

We changing Row format to DYNAMIC

I don't understand what you mean by "all sites are on one hosting"? Please explain.

And is this a SQL query you want me to run via PHPMyAdmin?
ALTER TABLE '#__bagallery_galleries' ROW_FORMAT = DYNAMIC;
Please explain.

Thank you

1. Looks like you are using the same hosting company for your websites since it's a very unique issue and related to DB
2. Yes, this PHP query should be run within PHPMyAdmin

#_ - should be replaced by your db class suffix

It doesn't work:

Error

SQL query:

ALTER TABLE 'wmhc2020_bagallery_galleries' ROW_FORMAT = DYNAMIC

MySQL said: Documentation
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ''wmhc2020_bagallery_galleries' ROW_FORMAT = DYNAMIC' at line 1

Please explain why it matters that all the websites using the Gallery Component - are hosted on the same server? Each website has it's own database - it's not like all the websites are using just one database?
