Single Category Of Gallery display not working

Good morning,
as in the topic. Displaying a single category with [gallery ID=1 category ID=3] does not work. No matter if I insert the code in a single article or through the Page Builder page. In the gallery settings, jQery loading is enabled. PHP version - 8.1, but it doesn't work on PHP 8.0 and 7.4 either. Please help me solve the problem.

Thank you for your help and taking the time to analyze the problem. If I understand correctly - with this code [gallery ID=1 category ID=3] I will not display the gallery in the directory structure (as with the main code [gallery ID=1] only single galleries.

[gallery ID=1 category ID=3] displays only category id-3 (if it has images)
[gallery ID=1] displays the entire gallery
