Balbooa Help Center: Front end pop-up boxes not appearing (1/1)

Hi, when editing our gallery in the front end there is a technical problem. If we want to add a new catergory or move an image to another folder, the pop-up box doesn't appear. It works fine in the back end. See the attached screenshot of it working in the back-end (attachments 1 & 2) but not in the front-end (attachment 3). Any idea why??
