Balbooa Help Center: upgrade from free can't see categories (1/1)

Hi I had the paid ba gallery upgraded to joomla 4 then it stopped so I put the free ba gallery it works without categories, I have added paid installed, categories not working, I attached a screenshot, this is a test site until full migration of all addons is done.

I looked at all parts of the component categories is ticked, tried untick and save then retick and save.
