Licence asked after joomla 4 migration

Hi,

I wish you the best for all your team for this new year.

I have updated many websites to Joomla 4 and I got this message.

Even If I save the licence, then If if logout and then login to the website, the message appears again.

Why?

Thank you for contacting us!

Maybe it has something to do with browser extensions,
try activating the license using another browser or incognito mode

Could I ask you to activate Gallery on some of your other sites? We need to understand, whether the issue is related to the specific site or not.

I already did it.
the problem is the same.
I update the licence, works fine.
but the day after or X days after, the component ask me to enter the licence again.
I did it on 5 websites.

Are all sites on the same hosting?
Could you please activate the license from the browser in incognito mode, and next time also visit a site from the browser in incognito mode? or install some new browser just for activation and visiting the site.

Unfortunately, it's absolutely unique issue for all time of Balbooa Gallery. Have no ready-made solutions for this

For the community: The issue was related to 3rd party extensions, by disabling and enabling all installed 3rd party extensions in "Extensions manager", the issue was fixed.
