Not able to use shortcodes and right-clicking

Hi,
First I tried protecting the gallery via disabling shortcodes and rightclicking on the Protection tab.
And then I enabled that again.
But this is till not working now. I need to be able to rightclick as well as use shortcodes.
Tried emptying cache and also using another browser, but this is still not working.
What to do?
