Adding a link to images in a gallery

Is there a way to add a link to an title? What I'd like is a way to show a gallery and specify a URL associated with each title caption. This would allow the user to click on the title and go to a new page. Of course, they could still click on the image to view the image in the lightbox.

You can't add a specific link to the caption, you can add a link for the whole thumbnail, please check the screen below:
