Gallery doesn't show pictures / Icons missing

Hey Balbooa Team,
a new gallery on my gallery pro installation won't show pictures on the first load. Sonmetimes on reload sometimes on the 3rd load the images will be shown. Also the forward/rewind icons are missing.


Will provide you user credentials via mail

For me, it does. Try to sign in, then click on grn, and then you see

Did you recognize, that the 00 are ZEROS not letters?

Access does not work, we can not check
Most likely the icons do not work due to a third-party extension that overrides styles or an incorrect www not www redirect
