Your Gallery component is on the website of a big school. Last year we made for every single class an own main gallery. Sub-galleries where made and filled up during the year and now for the beginning of the new school year we need to export / move the "old" galleries and make an archive out of them.
Every single gallery is linked in the matching Joomla article of the class. To avoid to re-link all Main-galleries (there are a lot of classes) with the matching Joomla article, we would like only to "empty" the sub-galleries by exporting / moving them to an archive.
At this point we have the following questions:
1. If we export them, we only see the IDs and not the Name of the Gallery. So if we make an archive, we and the customer can not assign these galleries to the classes.
2. Do you have any procedure you can recommend us for this case?
