Admin Menu Gallery

Good morning,
What do I have to do to see the admin menu as shown in the movie.
My menu after installation looks very stripped down. I have no influence on the position of the appearance of category subtitles, I have no possibility for a menu with individual categories to appear on the website. Please help.
