How to change caption below thumbnail font

Hi,
I need to change the font on my caption below thumbnails to "Roboto Slab" but there's no option to choose the font name that you want?

Can you tell me how to do this please - and in a way that won't get overwritten when there's an update to the Gallery Component? 96.30.11.158/~wmsharp/index.php/recent-works
