impossible to upload image from front-end

I have the same problem on another website.
It's impossible to add images from the front-end.

Impossible, my customers have no access to the backend, only the front-end.

As this feature is offered by balbooa gallery, I need it absolutely.

Send us FTP access and Joomla admin access via our contact form.

We have fixed an issue!
We have made changes to file bagallery.php (/components/com_bagallery/helpers/bagallery.php),
you can use it for other sites with the same problem
This fix will be added in the next update
