Gallery - Page refresh = blank page

Hi,
after I got this error on the page where the gallery is displayed:

PHP regular expression limit reached (pcre.backtrack_limit)

I changed the settings to Lazy Load, Page refresh, Pagination -

Unfortunately, when you switch to the second page of the gallery, it doesn't refresh automatically and you see a blank gallery.

you have to refresh the page manually.

My settings:
Joomla 4.1.0
and latest Gallery

Try to disable jQuery in the Gallery settings, here is a screen:

this happens only when I use "Slides" as content pagebreak.

The Slides option for pagebreak and the gallery seem to collide ...
