Balbooa Help Center: Activate License - Error -pop up closes every time I try to input username and password (1/1)

Hi Support,

I am trying to activate the Gallery license on a fresh Joomla 3.10.6 install.. My subscription / License is active etc..

I click the About > Activate button.. the pop-up appears..

But when I try to input my username.. the window closes.. As soon as I try to input anything into the username field.. the pop up instantly closes.. and an orange box with no text appears bottom right?? I assume this is an error notification..

I have even tried pasting my details in.. the pop up window instantly closes every time.. So I cannot activate the Gallery to Pro..

Can you advise?

Artem Posts: 11342	Hi Paul, Try to disable your Browser extensions, or also I can recommend you try to activate in the Browser Incognito mode. Some browser extensions can make this issue, for example, "Awesome Screenshot" Regards, Artem, Balbooa.com

Paul Posts: 5	Hi Artem, Many thanks for the quick reply.. That did the trick!.. I do indeed have Awesome Screenshot chrome extension installed in my browser.. my guess is this is the culprit.. I tried the Incognito method.. all sorted.. thanks again!!
