Update Thumbnails Size

Hi, don't matter what size I set in Thumbnail > Image Width and Height, px (ex. "350"), the displayed thumbs are always "bigger" than this value. Even if I click "Regenerate Thumbnails".

In this example of 350px the thumbnails are being displayed with 1067 x 600px (it should be proportional of 350px). I am using "Album Mode" with Lightbox enabled. In my Lightbox > Compression options I have set "Max Image Width and Height, px" to 800px.

After changing this values, I have do DELETE all images and then re-send them? Or it was supposed to change after clicking "Regenerate Thumbnails"?

Edit:

The thumbnails that are being displayed inside of the "Lightbox" are with the correct size (350px) but the thumbnails of the "main gallery" itself does not.

The width of the thumbnails is set in the gallery settings (affects their quality),
but their size on the page depends on the number of thumbnails in the line, and the width of the screen (gallery takes up 100%).

Hi, In Settings > Album > Image Width and Height, px it was set to 600px (the size that was being displayed!). I missed that option.

Now I have changed this option to 350px. But even after "Regenerate Thumbnails" they are still being displayed with the old 600px value.

How do I force them to be displayed with the new setting size?

Most likely you need to clear the Joomla cache and external cache,
if this does not help send us a link to page.

All caches are off. Double checked it.

I'll send you the FTP credentials and Admin login info.

Please note that I have 2 more sites with this exact behavior, so I'll need to know what was changed to replicate do those sites.

We pressed Regenerate Thumbnails, everything works well

I swear to you that I did "Regenerate Thumbnails" and those images were not updated with the correct size. But now they are as supposed to. I'll give it a try in another 2 sites. If I got into same issue I'll get back to you here.
