1. Be sure that the email system in your Joomla is configured
Joomla admin➝ Global Configurations ➝ Send Test Email

2. Be sure that your Form include input with field type Email

3. Check your Spam Folder

Hi Artem,

We checked this suggestion as I found it in another post. Because we already have the earlier version 1.7.5 working, we know the system emails work and interact with the form as intended.

Is there anything else that could be preventing the 'submit' not working in version 2.0.2?

Could there be a conflict with the recaptcha? or

We have admin tools and .htaccess marker. Does the form need access to any particular files I may need to add exceptions for?

Appreciate any more suggestions.

Thanks
Britt

Try to set @gmail.com for admin and check email sending. If it doesn't help send us Joomla admin access using our contact form: support.balbooa.com/contact-us

I have this working now, but it 100% will not deliver to gmail directly. Not sure what it means, but that is what I discovered, it does not go to spam, it does not get delivered.

Hi,

I´ve got the same problem. My form does neither send emails nor save the message in the backend. In the frontend it says that the message was sent.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in regards!

I have problem with emails. Sometimes emails will be sent and sometimes not. There are 3 email receivers, me as administrator, form handler and form submitter. When this happens, no one will get email.

Hello,

Does the form include any attachments (upload file field or Submissions in PDF)? Will be great to get a link to the form and access to the admin panel. We'll be able to check what is going there.

To send access data use our contact form:
