Mail system at your Joomla website is configured correctly?

Try to create new user in the Joomla admin with live email, if the user will not receive the message on email, that's mean something wrong with email settings on your Joomla!

If user will get message, send us FTP and Joomla admin, use our contact form

I've changed email to different adres and now it works? So the problem is where I'm hosting my emailadress?

I think yes, you need to configure your domain emails in the hosting cPanel
