Form infinite loading sent mensage

Hi I`m using balboa form last version with Joomla 3.51.
When submit a message i got not a confirmation the message was sent besides infinite loading.

I had sent a ticket by contact form 2 days ago and had no answered.
I sent all data and access to ftp.
