Confirmation sent to admin BEFORE payment

Hi we are testing the payment gateway and have found that the email to the admin is being sent before the payment has been made. This is a problem when a customer quits the process at the card entering stage. Is it possible to send the confirmation after the transaction?

Also the customer isn't receiving a confirmation email.

Hello,

We can not track this event.
We recommend that you turn off the reply option if using payment systems.
And set up an alert in the payment systems after a successful payment.
