Hi Artem,

None of our messages or notifications work. A pop up tells us that the form has been submitted, but neither us or the sender receive a message.
Can you help us with this.
Thanks
Ian

First of all you need to configure your Joomla Email at Global configurations.
Configure your Joomla email system and then Form will send notifications to admin / submitter emails

How to test configured your email system or not?! Create a new user and user should get email about registration.

Hello Artem,

We have managed to fix the notifications, but the auto-reply doesn't send a reply to the person who sends the form.
Can you help us with this?

Thanks

Ian

Hello Artem,

yes we have switch on auto-reply, and used the clients email as the sender email.

Also we have used the content editor to create titles as the form title appears to have a character limit, but this means they don't show in the notification. We have 4 similar forms, and it is difficult to distinguish which form we have received the notification for without a title

For each form, you can use unique email subject, use this field to personalize form submissions

Hi Artem,

That is the auto reply to the submitter (but this doesn't work for us). It is the notification to the client then someone has submitted that has no title.
How do we change this?

Obviously we change the subject in notifications DOH!

But we still have the issue of auto-reply not working?

Hi,

I can't answer you through email, error:
"550 Message contained spam content (antispamcloud.spam.maljszip02.UNOFFICIAL)"

Your question:
Hi Artem,

In the UK it is normal to use spaces in phone numbers. We have used a
text box, set to number, to ask for peoples phone numbers in a form.
Is there any way to allow them to insert spaces?

Thanks

Ian

Answer:

We did customization for you, I have attached file,
drive.google.com/open?id=0B9O7FyoSmz8bZ1RFWmhtcTQzVkE

you need to update it here:
components >> com_baforms >> assets >> js >> ba-form.js
