Your message could not be sent!".

As minimum, you need to update your Joomla to version 3.7.5 :)

Let us know results

many thanks,

Hi
I don't know if every extension is compatible with newer version of Joomla. I am afraid it will ruin my joomla installation.

Hello
I tried but I still don't receive the email. What about the Sender e-mail field on the Auto-reply section.

Hello,

1. Try to backup your Joomla and Update it, we test our extensions only with latest versions of Joomla! CMS
2. Enable Registration form on the front-end and try to create a new user. New user Should get an email notification about the new account.

This way can help us to understand - Email system on your website is configured or not

Many thanks,
Artem

Hello
I successfully updated Joomla, however I tried to enable the Registration form on the front-end but it does not appear on the front-end.

Hello,

Okay, now all clear! The problem not with a Forms component. You need to configure your Joomla email settings.

In the Google you can find a lot of articles about How to configre Joomla email settings

many thanks,
Artem, Balbooa.com
