I need some help with conditional logic please.

Hello,

I am creating a new form: website.

I would the following to happen:
When I only need one person, I fill in title, first name, and last name. And continue with addres etc.
But when I use the radiobutton "Add extra person(s)?" I would like to open the next box (dropdown) and select how many extra persons.
When I choose 1 person, I want to show Title 2, First name 2 and Last name 2.
When I choose 2 persons, I want to show Title 2, First name 2 and Last name 2, and Title 3, First name 3 and Last name 3.
When I choose 3 persons, I want to show Title 2, First name 2 and Last name 2, Title 3, First name 3 and Last name 3 and Title 4, First name 4 and Last name 4.

I just can't get it to work. Could you please help me?

p.s.
When I see the rule you create for me, I think I will then understand. But I have tried for more than hours, and it still doesn't work.

Rule 1:
if 1, 2, 3 people are selected
Any
Display Title 2, First Name 2 and Last Name 2.

Rule 2:
if 2, 3 people are selected
Any
Display Title 3, First Name 3 and Last Name 3.

Rule 3:
if 3 people are selected
Any
Display Title 4, First Name 4 and Last Name 4.
