Sorry I can't ... This has been the same issue as in the past and in the past I could also not give you access since all customer data is in there. I can give you an export

As my simple request got ignored I had to put in the xml code in your contact form.

I was not able to help myself, since the support did simply ignore me.
This problem has occurred multiple times now, and you keep being in the need of logging in installations that fall under GDPR.

My concerns are dramatically increasing and this continues the way it goes, I will definitely make a very long comment.

I am sick of your extension having multiple issues that keep coming back!

Your comments about increasing your pricing and being late for J5! And many more things make me furious.

Make this a fix now please. I am not going to beg around any more and dance the way you want me to.

I mean it

Hello there,

1. Be patient and kind!
2. It's a tech question and requires a little more time.
3. Your Form on screen bellow?

The signature background is white. It's latest Joomla 5 and latest form.

In the PDF and submissions is too has light grey bg, as it should be!

And my question is - how we gonna help you - if on our side is everything is ok?

I do not have to be patient and kind anymore.

Yes, it is, but you seem not even to read my problem.

Go to the PDF.

It is very upsetting that you even answer like this. The whole world can see that your answer is something else.

Just fix it again. This is the 3rd time, and you never tell what was changed in the code.

You want access or you give a file and do not tell anything. All secretive

Go to your profile and download.
I have tested on the same version as you can download from your profile - Forms 2.2.1

I replies on question in the same manner as you asked them. Be patient and kind, and you'll get same answers :)

Ok, just give me access to your installation and I will show you the problem

Please provide good customer service. GDPR laws can't allow you to just demand access!
You are not even in the EU yet!

We don't need your access at all, absolutely.

We ask access to see the problem and solve it immediately on user side - to provide the user with an ideal support.

One more time. Explain me, what I need to check to find black bg for signature field?
Here are my screens:

Again, give me access to your installation, and I will show you the problem.

Stop trying to ask for access. Why are you so afraid to give me access to your installation?
If it works then just show me. I will show you that it does not work on your own installation

I show you the screens above, I don't give you any access in the same way as you do!

I don't need your access data!

You know the web address. Just use a VPN as your country is not allowed by my client to display the website, as well as many other countries, due to the result of the log of the server and the log of the website. Since there is no single customer in your country that is also ok and as you are a developer it is very reasonable to ask for you to do this with any VPN

Okay, let's try to find solution.

Does the field "Signature" on the frontend has a black background? Show me please the screen how the field signature looks on your side on frontend

Maybe you can install YOOtheme and see if it is partly caused due to it. As I mentioned before. This thing has been solved multiple times by you now and it keeps coming back.

The prices for this form go through the roof

from 49 to 110

I'm not sure, since you didn't help me and don't answering on my questions which is related to find a solution for you.

Let's try again, is the background is black on frontend? Probably the issue is related to your template CSS styles. I need to know

"Of course not," I would have told you. But you can simply see that yourself on the website.

I don't have any questions anymore.

Since with a default Joomla 5.0.0 and Forms 2.2.1 we can't repeat an issue using Form creating by you, and Forms works as expected, the issue is not related to our component. Probably conflict comes from 3rd party.

Unfortunately, we can't help you with this issue.
