Email admin not registering

Good morning;

When adding an administrator email, it does not register, on other sites it works, but on this one it does not.

After saving, if I refresh the page, the email does not reappear and does not save.

I'm on Joomla 3.10.12 and PHP 7.4.

Most likely you did not press enter after adding the address (as written in the placeholder)

I assure you that I press enter systematically. Once I press enter, the email is placed below the field, then I save the form, but the email does not stay in place.

Thanks for the feedback, I understand better, thank you.

I had a question regarding the email headers, in "Email Notifications from the Administration" -> "Email from" in "custom", I filled the "Name" field with these keys: [Field ID=1 ] [Field ID=2], but this is not translated by the value of "last name" and "first name".

How do I display the user name when sending an email to the administrator?

Shortcodes [Field=1] and [Field=2] you can place only to email subject or email body
