after reading the forum and testing by myself, it seems there is a (serious) bug in the latest forms 2.2.0.2
The form doesn't send to admin and client, and there is no copy of the form in the backend.
After downgrading to 2.1.3.1 the form works again. I could not test with 2.2.0.1 because I don't have that version.
I have tested on different sites, with different templates, and also with a clean Joomla install.
Can you please check what is happening?
