Hello. I have to make a contact form for a company that has multiple departments with multiple associated email adresses. In the form I have radio buttons, representing the departments. How do I setup the form that the email notification is sent to the customer-selected department? Greetings, Sjon

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us!

To do this, you need to use conditional logic (send several buttons with different settings, and show the required one depending on the rule)

Hello Vyacheslav, using conditional logic I can only make items appear, like the submit button when a radio button has been selected. The only actions I can choose from are Show Field, Hide Field and Move to Page. Can you provide step-by-step instruction how to make the form send an email to the related department? Every department has a different email adress. Thanks in advance, Sjon

Example
rule 1
If the radio field eqil to1, show the submit button 1 (administrator address 1 is selected in the button settings)
rule 2
If the radio field eqil to 2, show the submit button 2 (administrator address 2 is selected in the button settings)

Hello Vyacheslav. Thank you, however by doing so creates another problem front-end. When selecting a radio button, all other submit buttons in sequence after that also apprear. For example: Choosing department 4 (of 9), will show submit buttons 4 through 9. I've already named all submit buttons with a different label and have separate conditional logic rules for each. How do I solve this? Greetings, Sjon

The button is hidden until the rule is executed (the rule that makes the button visible)
