Unable to get admin email notification

Hii there, I am unable to receive admin email notification after customer submitting contact us form, as customer receiving email notification but not admin. Kindly help me with this problem, Thank you

and while submitting any form it takes so long to submit almost 40-60 seconds.

Did you remember to press Enter after adding the admin email address (as written in the placeholder) ?
Try to use a different administrator address (maybe there are restrictions on the hosting).

The speed of sending emails does not depend on our component, the data is collected by the form, Joomla is responsible for sending

Yes sir I did changes in admin email also by putting several other email as admin email but no luck.

Hi !

It seems I'm experiencing the same type of issue : none of the admin or customer notification email are sent.

I checked the Joomla config, but the test email is working fine.
I checked that the email field in the form is well a "real" email field.

Do you have an idea on how to solve this problem?

Worse than expected : even though I get a completion message on the screen after submitting the form (and no error mentioned in the javascript console), the submission does not appear in backend.

I updated Forms 2 days ago, could it be the origin of the problem ?

I can find submitted forms from 2 days ago, but nothing since...

Does the reCAPCTHA is disabled in the submit button settings? Disable it

Quick update with the solution found by Artem :

"The issue was with a default Joomla plugin reCAPTCHA.
We have enabled reCAPCTHA plugin, after that disabled in Forms settings. That's all :)

Since in the latest Forms we improved reCAPTCHA protection. Before disabling plugin, reCAPTCHA should be disabled in Forms"
