Email notifications

I have added my client email to the submit button but they arent recieving emails - anything I should e checking?

Also, is it possible to group save submissions as a mutl-page PDF?

1 Check sending test emails from global joomla settings.

Thank I will do that check. In the meantime, it appears the three emails which are in the main admin email arent received by the client, but the email in the CC admin works OK. Any thoughts?

There may be restrictions on sending emails
Without seeing the problem, we can guess for a very long time.
First, make sure sending test emails from the global settings of joomla (since the form collects data, joomla is responsible for sending)

The Joomla email is working. We also have the form on the other site and that is working OK. They are both using PHP mail. What should we look at next?
