Form does not redirect ..

Hi,

I use Balbooa Forms successfully on lots of Joomla 4 pages. But with a new project I do have a problem to submit the form ... and want to ask your advice. The form should redirect to another page - but nothing happens. - You may test it yourself here:
[Edit] Removed Link - send as support request [/Edit]
