CCAvenue Transaction Error Page

Hello Artem,

First off a big thank you for making life easy in Joomla. I am working on one of the forms where we need the CCAvenue Payment System Integration.

We happen to have a custom work done for this payment gateway earlier from one of the local developer in your form component which went smooth.

Since you've provided CCAvenue option in the new release, we've tried to use it. It ends up in an error page [See attachment].




There is no error code or description to see as it is blank.

Page where I have deployed a test form:

Your CCAvenue information is not correct, here is a form for testing:
world.ccavenue.com/tp/test.jsp

enter your data and you will see error.

The same information works perfectly on the other site MomentEra where they have an addiotional field Access Code (Customized through a local developer) in your form component.

The integration that you have given us in the latest release does not have this field (Access Code).

Please advise what shall we do.

We created a payment system according to the official documentation of ccavenue.com

As I know for ccavenue, you can't use the same data (Merchant ID, etc.), for new website, try to generate new data and test on this form: world.ccavenue.com/tp/test.jsp
