Balbooa Help Center: Form No Longer Sending Email (1/1)

Using GoDaddy cPanel and Joomla platform. Bolbooa forms worked great until recently and now emails no longer send from the form submissions. The send is an email that is in the domain and that was an issue initially but was fixed long ago. Now I can't send anything including a test email. Any suggestions? See attached for the send settings. What are we missing now? Thanks.
