Not receiving data

We have three forms on our website: Contact Us, Baby Dedication, and ministry event form... we receive the data from the contact us form however we don't receive the submission from the other two forms... I checked the admin email configuration and it's correct.

Baby Form: horizondenver.com/index.php/connect/baby-dedication-form
Ministry Form: horizondenver.com/index.php/connect/ministry-event-form

Make sure that the email type field,
try setting it from: default in the settings
