emails are not arriving

After sending the form by a customer, no confirmation is sent to the customer and the form does not arrive
at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I have recreated the button. that also makes no difference. What am I doing wrong? The email address is correct.

1 Check sending test emails from global joomla settings.
2 Make sure you are using the email type field.

If everything works then send us a link to page with problem.
Send us FTP access and Joomla admin access via our contact form.
