All links on page dead after forms 1.6 update

I have updated forms to 1.6 and now all links, menus, buttons, etc. are dead on the page where my popup forms are at www.tncodc.com/strategic-initiative.

I have cleared both browser and Joomla cache and no change in the issue. Tested on desktop and laptop.

To test I removed all the forms popup buttons from the page and saved and then all the links, menu, etc. would work again. Then I put the forms popup buttons back on the page and saved and then the issue returns.

It's working for me now. It seems like clearing the cache has some kind of delayed response. That sounds strange but it doesn't seem to have an immediate effect but clears things up after a short time.
