Disable another field if was selected option in radio field

Hi!
In form I has several fields: one radio buttons, another selects.
How I can disable on of selects fields if user chose option in radio field?
For example, link on page: https://hmc.artcolorit.com/book-an-appointment
User can chose option Search by location. Location select must be enabled, Select clinic must be disabled.
