reCAPTCHA enabled, but not displaying on front end of site

I have the reCAPTCHA enabled from the forms side as well as the reCAPTCHA plugin for Joomla, but it is not displaying on my live site where the form is. I'm not having this issue on my other identical (with a different domain) site hosted on the same server, nor my local server.

Why is the reCAPTCHA not displaying?
