Admin receives message only

When we fill out our forms (any on the site) the admin email will receive the information however the person entering in the information doesn't get a confirmation email. I confirmed that it is configured for both to receive an email. Any reason this would be happening?

You need to use input type email (currently you are using text)

Hi, can you be more specific please. I installed the forms plugin today and I have the same problem. Where should I put "input type email"?
