Could not upload archived files.

I have problem when trying to upload, zip, rar, 7z on my form. The form finishes uploading and after that on submitting I have everything except the uploaded files. I have noticed that this happens only on archive files. Do you have solution for that?

Perhaps the problem is related to the name of the archive (non-standard characters), or the problem is related to the size of the file.
The form collects data, sending is handled by joomla, there may be restrictions or restrictions on hosting

I see the issue comes with bigger files, even though I have made php to accept 1024 mb.

As we wrote earlier with this question, you better contact the hosting support.

Check the value in file php.ini maybe they need to be increased
post_max_size
upload_max_filesize
memory_limit

Everything is set to 1024 mb and still not working.

Have you contacted hosting support with this question? what did they answer?

They are testing having the same problem.

The files is being uploaded, it appears in the server but when opened the Form Administration - even though the field files is required - they are unavailable to be seen or downloaded.

We will notify you as soon as we find out the reason and find a solution.

I have the same problem, media menager does not see zip or rar files

You need to add format for media manager
