Balbooa Help Center: Missing Form Button at bottom of Editor (1/1)

Charles Gray	I'm using JCE and I have just installed the Forms product but for some reason I do not see a button at the bottom labeled "forms". I'm on Host Gator with the latest version of PHP and Joomla 3.
	The administrator has disabled public write access.

Edwin	You need to enable the "BaForms - Shortcode" plugin.
