Balbooa Help Center: Send button wrong place on mobile (1/1)

Hello,
please take a look at the pictures.
I am building a page with sp pagebuilder (joomshaper). I have created a page with a modal-button which shows the balbooa form.
Picture 1 is on desktop and is fine.
Picture 2 is on mobile, and the "Send button" is in the wrong place.

Just to be sure the problem is not in the modal, I also show the form with raw html (like I always do). Here, the problem is also.

Can you help me with this?
